Which commodity will survive in this global recession?

Which commodity will survive in this global recession? Oil? PGM (Au, Ag, Pt)? Base Metals (Ni, Cu)? Light Metals (Al, Zn)? How about Potash (or other industrial minerals)? But It seems like everything is depreciating these days.
