Felony friendly apartments between arlington and lancaster texas? ?

does anyone know of any apartments that are felony friendly apartment in texas between arlington grand prairie oak cliff duncanville and lancaster? thanks so much! please leave any links to some cheaps one. i cant afford no more than 600 just need a one bedroom and please help me guys the felony isnt anything like offender its my boyfriend and a kid ran behind his car and he didnt see them so they charged him well the parents but the kid is still alive it was all just an accident.
