List of good demon movies..?

i dont mean like flesh eating or killing movies about demons ( Night of the Demons, Demons, etc.) i am looking for movies that r more believable and that deal with possession and hauntings (Paranormal Activity, The Exorcism of Emily Rose, The Exorcist, The Entity...) please, make a list of what movies i should watch that r pretty scary, makes u think about religion, and what we DONT see...thanx bunches!!
