Pokemon HG: Preparing for the E4 Help?

actually i dont think training is your problem...i beat the E4 by using a revive strategy. see your team's levels are high enough. i would bring in Typhlosion, Ampharos, Lapras, and Alakazam along with 2 other random pokemon. see during the battle, lets say Typhlosion faints while facing Koga, since Typhlosions attack with destroy Kogas pokemon, send out one of your weaker ones as a "distraction" while you revive Typhlosion. i did this strategy against lance with a level 46 feraligatr, a level 43 ampharos, and a level 42 ho-oh and they were the only pokemon i used
