Why do filipino guys only stick with their race?

I wanna know why, I know its not all that do but a big majority where I live do. It gets to me 'cause im attracted to them, I'm latin and I plainly think that they are gonna stick with their race; probably for a comfort matter. So, I wanna know why they do it in your option?.
