Best thing to eat for breakfast?

sugar and carbs are the same..its just that the carb in porridge is in a complex state(polysaccharide) and harder to digest and burn off...fruit sugar is a simpler form(disaccharide) that can be burnt off very easily to generate energy,even with low intensity workouts such as walking and yoga!so please,never get negatively obsessed with simple sugars,though at the end of the day,too much of anything is bad,so portion control is the only way...
