Can u see me putting on 2kg this week?

if you want to gain weight in a certain amount of time, dont excersize. not eating breakfast will make you more hungry so you will eat more for lunch but if you want to eat breakfast then go ahead. eat breakfast when you wake up. eat lunch and 2:00 or 3:00. then have some snacks in between lunch and dinner. for dinner, eat alot and eat at around 7:00. eating later will keep you more hungry so you'll eat alot.
