Environmental Education position for children's camp - any ideas for fun activities?

Hey all. I about to begin summer employment into an environmental education program for the local children's day camp and am in need of ideas (ages of children range from 5 - 14 years old.) Anything goes as long as the activities are both fun and educational (environmentally geared of course.) I also am granted a small garden of my own. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
