How do i deal with supervisors at work that wont let me do my work, they get overbearing and have a power trip

some of my supervisors get overbearing and wont let me do my work, i work in food service, if im stocking they tell me they dont need it when they do, if im cleaning tables when new people are coming in and need clean tables they tell me to stop doing it, its like i cant do anything, if i dont do anything cause they wont let me do anything they get mad about that too, im a hard worker but id like to be treated like an adult and be allowed to do the job i get paid to do. im tired of having someone come behind me and make me feel bad for doing something im supposed to be doing in the first place, its like theyre on this power trip, and they get a high from being the boss, going to management wont help cause then they'll treat me worse. any suggestions? it drives me nuts to put up with this situation 8 hrs a day, not all the supervisors are like that but the one i work with the most is, it makes me hate having to come to work when id otherwize like the job, want to be treated like an adul
