Is my exercising helping me??..HELP PLEASEEE?

Well i wouldn't advise you to exercise every day you wont see the results and would be burning your muscles.You can do any exercise that fits what you want.but i suggest for women doing calisthenics.it gives you a nice tone and a nice shape.also when exercising leave at least a day of rest between your work outs.like this your giving the body rest and nourishment the next day. Cardio is good also
