Music video where a girl gets hit by a semi?

The video shows a guy yelling at a girl in her apartment and she is crying and then she packs her stuff and leaves and he fallows but she gets hit by a semi in her car and you find out he is dead all along and he was trying to warn her and they "walk" away together. I cant think of the song and it's driving me crazy!
