You're 5'6" and 110 pounds? Hun, even for a 17yr old, you're very underweight. I'm 5'3" and 118 and I'm thin. Your lack of energy could be due to lack of good nutrition. Are you eating well? I know when I was in high-school, all I ate before dinner was snacks from the vending machine at school... No wonder I was tired! And in order to gain any muscle at all, lean or otherwise, you have to eat :)
