Hypothetical: two people meet and hit it off and have on the first night?

Between marriages, I dated a succession of "professional virgins". They were all un or under employed, had a prepubescent son with behavior problems, and an old car that needed repairs. Invested too much time and emotional effort in these dead end relationships and never got any ! I decided on a policy of no , no second date. I didn't push it, or use it openly, I just didn't go back. I soon found several nice ladies, that were successful and nice to be with. The women I married 26 years ago took me to bed within hours of our first meeting. Never met a better woman. Just about perfect. Gets better every year too.
